What we take on
Our services
Payroll, declarations, contracts, advice: Paycore handles the full administration of your staff. You send us the month's hours, we do the rest.
What we handle for you
Payroll
Payroll management and payslips
Fair salaries, calculated and checked every month, on a fixed date.
Filings
Dimona and NSSO declarations
Every mandatory declaration, filed on time.
Contracts
Employment contracts and legal documents
Sound contracts and documents that comply with the law.
Advice
Employment law advice
A clear answer where the rule is not.
First hire
Hiring your first employee, without the stress
From affiliation to the first payslip, without missing anything.
Inspection
Labour inspection: preparation and support
Before, during and after the inspection, you are not alone.
How it works
A month with Paycore, in four steps
Whatever your sector, the rhythm stays simple: you send things once, we take care of the rest.
You send
Days worked, absences, overtime and variable items, once a month, before the date we agree together.
We calculate
Gross and net salaries, NSSO contributions, withholding tax, your joint committee's pay scales. Every payslip is checked before it goes out.
We declare
Dimona, DmfA and every declaration that follows from the calculation go out within the legal deadlines. We keep the acknowledgements of receipt.
You receive
Payslips ready to hand out, the payment file for your bank and the data your accountant expects.
Whatever the service, the same standard
What we do changes from one service to the next. How we work does not.
A payroll officer, not a switchboard
You know who handles your file, and that is the person you talk to.
A reply within 24 working hours
On a payslip, a contract or a formality, with a clear explanation and no jargon.
Three languages
English, French or Dutch: your choice.
An office in Brussels
In Evere, where we see you by appointment when a file deserves more than an email.
Not sure where to start?
Describe your situation in two lines. We will tell you what applies to you, and what does not.
