An activity that is not regulated
Paycore is a payroll bureau: we run our clients' payroll and HR administration: payslips, Dimona and DmfA declarations, employment contracts, employment law advice. That activity requires no licence and falls under no professional body: there is therefore no protected title and no code of conduct to mention here.
Paycore neither collects nor pays over social security contributions or withholding tax itself: those payments leave the employer's own accounts, based on the calculations and declarations we prepare.
Hosting
The website runs on a server rented from OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, in a data centre located in France. Any transfers to our processors, and the safeguards around them, are described in the privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The texts, logo, images, visual identity and code of this website belong to Paycore or are used with their authors' permission. They are protected by book XI of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
You may quote a page by naming the source and linking to it. Any reproduction or adaptation beyond a short quotation needs prior written agreement: write to us. The answer is usually yes.
What the published information commits us to
The pages of this website explain Belgian employer obligations in principle. They are not advice: a joint committee, a collective agreement or an individual situation changes the answer, and only a look at your file can give it.
The amounts, rates, ceilings and deadlines quoted change, sometimes several times a year. We keep them up to date and date what needs dating, without being able to guarantee that a page reflects the law at the minute you read it. Before a decision that binds you, ask us for written confirmation.
Links to third-party sites (public authorities, our Google listing, the client portal) are there to save you time. Their content and availability are not ours to control.
Reporting an error or a vulnerability
Inaccurate information, a dead link, a page that refuses to load: tell us. It is the fastest way to get it fixed.
For a security vulnerability, the procedure and the contact address are published in the website's security.txt file. We acknowledge receipt and keep you informed of the fix; in return we ask you not to disclose the flaw before it has been corrected.
Governing law
This website and its use are governed by Belgian law. Should a dispute arise that we have not managed to settle with you, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels have jurisdiction.
The other legal pages
What the website does with your data, what it stores on your device, and what it promises on accessibility are covered separately.
