How it works

## A month with Paycore, in four steps

Whatever your sector, the rhythm stays simple: you send things once, we take care of the rest.

1. ### You send  
Days worked, absences, overtime and variable items, once a month, before the date we agree together.
2. ### We calculate  
Gross and net salaries, NSSO contributions, withholding tax, your joint committee's pay scales. Every payslip is checked before it goes out.
3. ### We declare  
Dimona, DmfA and every declaration that follows from the calculation go out within the legal deadlines. We keep the acknowledgements of receipt.
4. ### You receive  
Payslips ready to hand out, the payment file for your bank and the data your accountant expects.
