The employer form gathers what is needed to sign you up: your company, your joint committee and your first hire.

## What the form asks

- Name, company number and registered office
- Joint committee, or your activity if you do not know it
- Expected headcount and date of the first hire
- The person who will follow the file

## Filling in the form

The form is online. Allow ten minutes, with your enterprise number at hand. If a field stops you, call us rather than guess.
